Thank you for choosing Bridge.audio! Bridge.audio is a SaaS mode tool allowing centralized management of music for professionals and individuals. These general conditions of sale and use (hereinafter “Terms of service”) are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the services and extensions offered by the bridge.audio.com site (hereinafter “the Site / The Platform ”).
Description of services provided
Bridge.audio is a SaaS solution for music professionals that allows them to collect, organize and share their music and assets, in particular:
- Store your assets: music of course, but also all other files (video, images, documents).
- Collaborate with your team and collaborators (shared playlists, title chat systems and playlists).
- Organize and share these files: creation of projects that can be easily shared in streaming or download
- Access statistics on listening and downloading
- Enrich music files with information automatically retrieved via external services …

Conditions of access to services
When registering online, the User undertakes to provide true, exact and complete information as requested in the registration form and therefore to keep it up to date without delay. In the event that the User provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, the Site is entitled to suspend or terminate his Subscription and to refuse him, immediately and for the future, access to all or part of the Site / Platform.
Bridge.audio offers a version without subscription, completely free however with limited functionality. The free version also requires an online registration by the User giving him access to the services.
The use of the Bridage.audio Services is invoiced in return in the form of an Annual or Monthly Subscription, the price of which is indicated on our pricing page and/or sent by e-mail by quote. The Subscription will take effect from the date of electronic validation hereof. It is concluded for an indefinite period with or without a minimum initial period of commitment, depending on the Subscription formula that the User has chosen. To be able to benefit from the Services, except for the free version, the User will pay a periodic fee in accordance with the specific conditions specified by the terms of services.
Access to the Services and the use of the related extensions is a right granted exclusively under the conditions determined by the Subscription taken out, in particular for the number of Users, the functionalities, the assistance and the storage space defined by the formula subscribed.
The total price of each Subscription is paid at the start of the Subscription or of the renewed period, unless otherwise indicated on the order form. Payment is made by direct debit from the bank details provided on registration. The direct debit is implemented by one of our secure payment providers, who alone keeps your payment details: Bridge.audio does not keep any bank details. The User guarantees that he has the necessary funds and authorizations to use the chosen payment method. The User agrees to take the necessary measures so that the automatic debit of the price of the Services can be made.
For any delay or incident of payment of all or part of an amount due automatically results, without prior notice: the immediate suspension of the Services provided until full payment of all amounts due; invoicing late interest at the rate of three times the legal interest rate in effect on the date of the order, based on the amount of all amounts due. Any professional in a situation of late payment is automatically liable, in addition, to compensation of € 40 for collection costs.
The Subscription can be terminated at any time, by email notification to the following address: email@example.com
Bridge.audio will take care of the termination and deactivation of the automatic renewal as soon as possible. This action can be canceled within 15 days of the deactivation of the account by our services, by express request of the creator of the workspace in question by email to the aforementioned address. After this period, this action is irreversible and therefore does not allow the account data to be recovered subsequently.
The termination does not entail any penalty and does not give rise to reimbursement for the current period.
Intellectual property and counterfeits.
Bridge.audio is the owner of the intellectual property rights on the word and figurative marks registered with the INPI “BRIDG.AUDIO” (n ° 4415041), “BRIDG” and the logo “b” (n ° 4415045), as well than the entire graphical interface of this title.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, even partial adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Bridge.audio.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes an infringement involving the civil and / or criminal liability of its author. Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an act of infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the applicable provisions.
Limitations of Liability.
Bridge.audio cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in this article. , or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
Bridge.audio cannot be held liable for indirect damages (such as, for example, a loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site. The user has the right to ask any question relating to this Site, as well as his personal data to the email address and the telephone number provided at the top of this Agreement.
Bridge.audio reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the law applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, Bridge.audio also reserves the right to question the civil and / or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the event of communication of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic message, whatever the medium. used (text, photography…).
Bridge.audio cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Site / Platform.
The User makes sure to keep his password secret. Any disclosure of the password, whatever its form, is prohibited. He assumes the risks associated with the use of his username and password. The Site / Platform declines all responsibility.
The Site / Platform cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
Assistance - Technical Support - Backup - Maintenance
In order to constantly improve the quality of its Services, its form and nature, in particular the mode of access to existing functionalities, are subject to change without notice, for technical and / or editorial reasons, the User accepts that this maintenance may give rise to a temporary suspension of the Service and of access to the Service. This suspension will take place as far as possible between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on working days. The User will be notified 24 hours in advance, by email or via the Service. The user also has access to an internet support web space providing user guides, FAQs and videos. The User, as part of the access to the subscribed Service, benefits from a guarantee of backup of his data.
Communications and Notifications
If the User accepts to be informed by e-mail of new services, product launches, changes to the conditions of use or invoicing of the Services, the User will receive these notifications at the e-mail address provided within the Personal Space.
Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.
Any dispute in connection with the use of the Bridge.audio site will be the subject of an attempt to resolve it amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be subject to French law and brought to the competent courts of Paris.
If any of the provisions of these General Conditions of Use were declared null or inapplicable in application of a law, a regulation or following a court decision that has become final, it would be deemed unwritten and the other provisions would remain in force.
