About Elles et O RECORDS
Elles et O was created in 2006 to produce the first album of L&O, "C'est un garçon". After this first experience, the association produced a live album of the group Les Yeux Noirs and a compilation of the same group distributed by Outhere. In 2017, the association embarked on the production of the first album of BlauBird, "Rising, La fin de la tristesse" with the label Microcultures. In 2022, the label evolves and becomes a company that also manages editions.

How does the relationship between record companies and artists work?
Once you have signed with a record company, you will have dedicated people to work with. Often it will be a project manager, and one or more artistic directors in charge of your project. These will be the main contacts with whom you will exchange.
