About Bellaphon Records
Bellaphon is one of Germany’s oldest independent record labels, founded in 1961 by Branislav “Branco” Zivanovic in Frankfurt. It has a diverse catalog spanning many genres – from rock and pop to jazz, blues, and Schlager. The label produces its own artists and also distributes releases from other labels. Over the decades, Bellaphon has worked with both domestic and international acts (for example, it handled releases by Johnny Cash, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, and Frankfurt’s rock band Böhse Onkelz)

How does the relationship between record companies and artists work?
Once you have signed with a record company, you will have dedicated people to work with. Often it will be a project manager, and one or more artistic directors in charge of your project. These will be the main contacts with whom you will exchange. From then on, they will be at your service, and will listen to your needs while taking into account the specifications carried out throughout your contract.
